WILLIE MAE LOWE, age 91 of Crossville, TN passed away October 12, 2023. She was born September 1, 1932, in Rickman, TN, the daughter of Owen and Ollie Mae Harris Qualls. She was a homemaker and a longtime member of Rinnie Baptist Church.

She is survived by her sons- Dale Lowe of Pikeville, TN, Claude Lowe of Pall Mall, TN, Billy Joe Lowe of Clarkrange, TN and Earl Lowe and his wife Teresa of Crossville, TN, daughters- Kathy Lowe, Brenda Bailey and Rachel Pryor all of Crossville, TN, sister- Faye Phillips and her husband Hobert of Rickman, TN, thirteen grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Otto Lowe, children- Glenn Lowe, Melvin Lowe, Clyde Lowe, Joe Lowe and Ella Mae Bilbrey, siblings- Donald Lee Qualls, Ezra Qualls, Josephine Harville, Ola Harville and Sally Fisher and son-in-laws- Larry Pryor and Harry Bailey

Funeral services will be held Sunday October 15, 2023, at Rinnie Baptist Church. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 11am-1pm prior to the service at the church. Bro. Vic Davis and Bro. Brad Whitson will officiate. Serving as pallbearers will be Brad Whitson, Jesse Lowe, Russell Ledbetter, David England, David Manis and Tommy Polson with Bill Buck will as honorary. Burial will be in Rinnie Cemetery.
