William Dallas Reed age 85 of Grandview, TN passed away July 29, 2022. He was born June 14, 1937, in Grandview, TN the son of Arnold and Fannie Reed. He was retired from the United Steel Workers and was a member of Mercy Baptist Church.

He enjoyed working his farm and loved to fish. He had a great fondness for his John Deere tractors and his Dodge trucks.

He is survived by his daughters- Connie Gilliam (Tommy) of Grandview, Debbie Cunningham of Spring City, TN and Teresa Dagnan (Ted) of Grandview. Sisters- Ova mae Crow of Sale Creek, TN, Imogene Langston also of Sale Creek and Alice Faye Defur of Graysville, TN, grandchildren- Billy Cunningham, Christa Thompson and CJ Dagnan, great grandchildren- Shelby Jo Cunningham, Conner Thompson, Caden Thompson, Ethan James Cunningham and Jaslyn Dagnan and special friend- Frankie Calbaugh .

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Willetta Reed , grandson- Christopher Dagnan and sister- Ola Bell Batts.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday August 2, 2022, at 3pm CST (4pm EST) at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 1pm-3pm CST (2pm-4pm EST) at the funeral home. Burial will be in Reed Cemetery.
