My final destination is falling into the arms of my loving
Heavenly Father "To you, O Lord, Do I lift up my soul Psalms 23"
Virginia was the daughter of Eugene and Edna Mazingo of
Richlands, NC. She was a cherished Mother, Mimi, and friend
who enjoyed life to the fullest. She leaves behind a legacy of
family who will miss her love, and witty attitude. She made
everyone's life better by being here.
Virginia was a graduate of Artistic Beauty Academy in North
Wilkesboro, NC. She began her career by owning her own hair
salon and making people beautiful for over 40 years. She
enjoyed working in her Church, and singing in the choir.
In her later years she was an avid antique enthusiast – an artist
and traveled extensively finding unique items to sale at the
Rocking Horse Antique Mall located in Crossville, TN. She took
pleasure in baking for people and loved going to the Beach.
Virginia is survived by her three daughters, Juliet Massey and
husband Mark of Maryville, TN, Davida McCoy and her husband
Keith of Crossville, TN and Tina Cole of Crossville, TN, grandson-
Jonathan Treadway of Crossville, TN, granddaughter- Ashley
Morales and husband Omar of Crossville, TN, grandson- Stone
McCoy of Crossville, TN, great grandson- Phoenix Labbe of
Crossville, TN and siblings-Alice Hayes of Wilkesboro, NC, Linda
Hanner of Asheville, NC, Julia Brinson of Disputanta, VA,
William A.M. Haney of Florence, AL, Gary Lee Haney of Wilkesboro, NC
and Kenneth M. Haney of Elkin, NC.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband- Phillip C. Cole
of Crossville, TN, son- Steven Mark Cleary of North
Wilkesboro, NC and granddaughter Alexis Michelle Houston of
Crossville, TN.
A private family service will be held Saturday August 21, 2021
at 2:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the
Tennessee Baptist Children's Home 6623 Lee Highway
