VICTOR DALE KAY age 80 of Lake Tansi, passed away at home with his daughter by his side on January 10, 2024. He was born April 18, 1943 to William Eule Kay of Reynolds County, MO and Margaret (Talley) Branson of St. Louis, MO.

He was proud Marine from 1961-1967. He married the love of his life,  Elaine (Williams) Kay on June 11, 1966. The two of them enjoyed karaoke, flea markets, Lake Tansi and most of all time with their children, grandchildren, family and friends.

He is survived by his daughter- Dawn Kay-Woods, formally of Brighton, IL, son- James Williamson of Winter Haven, FL, granddaughters- Krystal Kay and Ashley Woods, both of E. Alton, IL and Kelly Dennison of Arcadia, FL, seven great granddaughters and one great grandson. He also leaves brothers- Jerrett Branson of Bourbon, MO and Danny (Mona) Branson of Desoto, MO, sister- Joy Jones of Belle, MO, sisters-in-law- Nicki Kay of Owensville, MO and Shelb Geen Sutton of Winter Haven, FL.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his beautiful wife- Elaine Kay, stepdad- Charles Branson, brother- William "Bill" Kay, son- Mark Williamson, grandson- Joshua Kay, son-n-law- Brian Woods, daughter-in-law- Jill Williamson and nephew- Jason McNeer.

There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
