Vicki Manning, 73, of Crossville, Tennesseepassed away on January 28, 2025. She was born to Samuel and Eileen Vernon on January 21, 1952, in San Diego, California. After high school and in college, Vicki loved to play golf. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Columbia Southern University and then went on to receive her Masters. She was an industrial health and safety insurance agent. She spent most of her married life in the bay area in California. Vicki and her husband,Warren J Manning, moved to Crossville, Tennessee in 2010 and joined Crab Orchard Christian Church. She loved quilting, bowling and watching football.

Vicki is preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Eileen Vernon and brother, Samuel Vernon. She is survived by her husband Warren J Manning and son, Micheal Hatwig.
