THOMAS LOWELL"TOM" HALL age 73 of Crossville, TN passed away December 19, 2019. He was born November 27, 1946 the son of Allen and Manza Brown Hall. He was retired from the Bledsoe County Correctional facility as a corrections officer and was a United States Army veteran having served in Vietnam.

He is survived by his daughter- Tracy Pugh and Billy Pugh of Crossville, TN and grandchildren- Khaila Pugh, Austin Pugh, Luke Pugh and Blake Hall.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son- Harlan Hall, stepfather- Charles Goddard, brothers- Leslie Hall and Charles Randall Goddard and sisters- Addie Mae Hall, Norma McElhaney and Opal Hassler.

Funeral services will be held Monday December 23, 2019 at 1pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Monday from 11am-1pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Linary Cemetery.
