THELMA L. BOLLES age 85 of Crossville, TN passed away January 27, 2024. She was born December 16, 1938, in Sparta, TN, the daughter of J.L. Wilson and Vesta Bolin. She worked several years at Roselon Southern and retired after many as a baker at Cumberland Mountain State Park Restaurant.

She is survived by her children- Daniel Bolles of Crossville, TN, Roberta Kirkland of Crossville, TN and Shelby Allred and her husband Lloyd of Crossville, TN, brothers- Charles VanWinkle and his wife Kathy, Roy VanWinkle and Philip VanWinkle and his wife Donna all of Crossville, TN, sister- Lola Breeding of Crossville, TN. Eight grandchildren and twenty- three great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Glen Bolles, son- Waymond Bolles, sisters- Alma Downs, Stella Davis and Mildred Thompson, brother- William VanWinkle and great grandsons-Elijah Dillon Bolles and Branson Boyd Hammons.

Funeral services will be held Thursday February 1, 2024, at 1pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11am-1pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Thomas Springs Cemetery.
