TERRY LYNN BLAYLOCK age 61 of Crossville, TN passed away October 6, 2018 after a brief illness. He was born September 3, 1957 in Crossville, TN the son of Doug and Margaret Blaylock. He worked many years as a truck driver and equipment operator. He also served a short term in the National Guard and was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his daughter- Amber McCrary (Adrian), son- James Blaylock all of Crossville, father and mother- Doug and Margaret Blaylock of Crossville, TN, stepson- C.J. Beaty of Cookeville, TN, brothers- Roy Blaylock and Scott Blaylock and his wife Debbie all of Crossville, TN, sisters- Cindy Brunotte and her husband Chuck of Crossville, TN and Vicki Howard of Altoona, AL, mother-in-law- Hallie Jones of Crossville, TN, grandchildren- Nathan Blaylock and his wife Maggie, Nick Blaylock, Danielle Gaskins and Lee Blaylock, several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his wife- Janis Blaylock and stepdaughter- Sherry Olsen.

Funeral services will be held Thursday October 11, 2018 at 10am at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Wednesday October 10, 2018 from 6-8pm at Hood Funeral Home. Burial will be in Hale's Chapel Cemetery.
