Memorial services for Terry Scott Blaylock age 56 of Crossville, TN will be held Saturday June 15, 2019 at 4pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2pm-4pm at the funeral home.
He is survived by his daughter- Matassia Riley and husband Scott of Monterey, TN, brothers- Greg Blaylock and his wife Sue and Tim Blaylock and his wife Cindy all of Crossville, TN and grandchildren- Cason Riley, Mahayla Riley and Braxton Riley.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
