TEDI W. COOKE age 58 of Crossville, TN passed away June 25, 2019. He was born April 12, 1961 in Saddlebrook, NJ the son of George W. and Ellen M. Conklin Cooke. He moved to Crossville, TN in 1984 from Baluvelt, NY where he was scout master of Troop 55. After moving to Crossville, he worked as a ski instructor at Renegade Resort. After the closing of Renegade, he continued to work as a lawn mower mechanic and VW specialist. He enjoyed white water rafting, repelling and camping. He also loved to hike, having hiked many areas of the Appalachian Trail. He had a large collection of hats that he enjoyed wearing daily, each one having a special purpose. One of Tedi's most favorite pastimes was with his group, Tansi Senior Pool Players, for the Thursday games of pool at the Thunderbird.

He is survived by his mother- Ellen Cooke of Crossville, TN, two loving aunts and six caring cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, George W. Cooke Jr.

Memorial Services will be held Monday July 8, 2019 at 12:00noon at Tansi Community Church. The family will receive friends from 11:00am-12:00noon prior to the service at the church.
