Sue Carol Murphy Noe was taken into her Lord and Savior's gentle embrace on March 19 ^th , 2022, surrounded by family at Life Care Center in Sparta, Tennessee.

Sue was born in Strunk, Kentucky on April 18 ^th , 1940, to Doyle and Ruby (Wright) Murphy, who preceded her in death. She retired from Delco Electronics in Oak Creek, Wisconsin as an assembly technician. She enjoyed reading, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Sue is survived by her husband of 64 years Jim (Bob), sons Rick (Amy) Noe of Crystal Lake, Illinois, Terry Noe of Wallis, Texas, and daughter Sandi Mendini (Kelly) of Sheboygan, Wisconsin. She leaves 8 grandchildren – Kirstin Yeado, Kylie Fields, Nick Noe, Corey Noe, Chris Noe, Sarah McCullough, Matthew Mendini and Katelyn Mendini, two great-grandchildren – Max Yeado and Charley Noe, brother- Dean Murphy and his wife Nadine and sister- Patricia Ball and her husband Ray all of Pine Knot, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be held at Hood Funeral Home in Crossville, Tennessee on Tuesday March 22 ^nd , 2022. Visitation will be 11:00am to 1:00pm CST with services to follow immediately after, officiated by Pastor Bill Roberts. A second visitation will be held at Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home in Whitley City, Kentucky on Wednesday, March 23 ^rd , 2022, from 12:00pm to 2:00pm EST with prayer services to follow and officiated by Pastor Dennis Bryant. Entombment will follow the Whitley City service in Oneida, Tennessee at Carson Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in Sue's honor to Samaritan's Purse or American Cancer Society. The family would like to thank the staff at Cookeville Regional Medical Center and Life Care Center in Sparta for their care and support during her last days.
