SELMA MAE DAVIS age 90 of Crossville, TN passed away July 2, 2022. She was born September 20, 1931 in Crossville, TN the daughter of Arthur and Lucy McCarter Pelfrey. She was retired after many years with Volunteer Electric and was also a member of Homestead Church of Christ.

She is survived by her son- Mike Davis and his wife Felicia of Crossville, TN, daughter- Shelia Long and her husband Jim also of Crossville, TN, brother- Denny Pelfrey and his wife Billie of Crab Orchard, TN, sister- Wilma Brown and her husband Roy of Crossville, TN, grandchildren- Tammy Davis McDaniel, Tommy Davis and his wife Stacy, Tony Davis and Sarah Davis, great grandchildren- Haven Davis, Kayle Davis, Somer Davis, Eli Davis, Britney McDaniel, Justin Davis and his wife Kristin, Brookelyn Davis, Rexton Davis, Peyton Davis, Faith Davis and Chelsea Corey, great great grandchildren- Slate Davis, Mason Daugherty and Blakelee Daugherty and sister-in-law- Bobbie White.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband- Charles Davis, daughter- Barbara Davis, grandson- Joe Long, great grandson- Gabriel Davis and brothers- M.C. Pelfrey, Lester Pelfrey, Everett Pelfrey and Esker Pelfrey.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday July 6, 2022 at 1pm at Green Acres Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11am-12:30pm prior to the graveside at Hood Funeral Home.

The family has respectfully asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude PL, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
