Roy Clayton Luttrell age 93 passed away at his home in Crossville, Tennessee, July 11, 2025. He was born May 10, 1932 in Crossville, TN the son of Alton Othner and Ida Jane Barnwell Luttrell..

He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Gloria Woodroof Luttrell; his parents Alton ( Bill ) Luttrell and Ida Jane Barnwell Luttrell; his sisters Ollie Mae Carey and Mary Hudspeth and his brother W.T. ( Dub ) Luttrell.

Mr. Luttrell is survived by son, David Luttrell (Charlotte); daughter, Dina Gordon (Thelbert); grandchildren, Benjamin Luttrell, Nickolas Luttrell, Clayton Gordon (Amanda), Trinity Folsom ( Whit), Great grandchildren, Tyler Folsom (Savannah), Angel Folsom, Tyson Folsom, Paisley Gordon, Eva Gordon, Petra Gordon and Eden Gordon; great great grandchildren, Makenna Folsom and Adeline Folsom; brother William Horace ( Bill ) Luttrell and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Thursday July 17, from 10am-11am at Hood Funeral Home, 2371 Hwy 127 South, Crossville, TN 38572 with service to follow at 11am. Dean Haynes will be officiating.

Clayton Gordon, Whit Folsom, Anthony Luttrell, Nickolas Luttrell, Tyler Folsom and Tyson Folsom will serve as pallbearers.

Thelbert Gordon and Mark Franklin will serve as honorary pallbearers.

Burial will be held Thursday at 2:45pm at Spring Hill Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Pike South, Nashville, TN 37216.
