ROSE ANNA BEATY STONE, age 84 of the Linary Community in Cumberland County, passed away Monday February 12, 2018. She was born December 6, 1933 in Fentress County, TN the daughter of Wyman and Edith Beaty. She retired from CMC after 45 years of service in the house keeping dept. She loved to cook and have family for Saturday evening meals.

She is survived by her children- Margaret Chesteene Buttram and her husband Billy, Violet Roena Barnes and her husband Bobby, Clarice Rose Winningham and her husband Billy and Jefferson "Jeff" Adam Stone and his wife Michelle, seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, sister- Violet Lorene Cook and many nieces and nephews. She also leaves her church family from Cumberland Worship Center and a host of friends and loved ones.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Lonnie Chester Stone, grandson, Jimmy Ethan "Jim Bob" Barnes, four brothers and one sister.

Funeral services will be held Thursday February 15, 2018 at 2pm from the Chapel of Hood Funeral Home. Burial will be in Linary Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11am-2pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
