Ronald Monroe Henshaw, 76, of Crossville TN passed away early Thursday Morning on September 17th 2020.  He was born in Hornell, NY on November 27th, 1943, the son of Charles and Marion (Hoffman) Henshaw of Hornell.

Ronald grew up in Hornell and was a graduate of Hornell High School class of 1963.  He enlisted in the United States Navy in 1965 serving until 1973.  Ronald was married to Stephanie Jo (Hurd) Henshaw of Hornell in 1967.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Diane Helgerson of Greenwood, NY, Judy Murphy of Almond, NY and Grandson Francis J. Henshaw of Hornell, NY.

He is survived by his wife Stephanie and children, Shawn (Elizabeth) Henshaw, Andrea Henshaw both of Crossville and Christine (Karl) Stierwalt of Clarkrange, TN; one Grandson, Zachary P. Henshaw, five granddaughters, Tanya Henshaw, Chelsea Henshaw, Makenna Miller, Savanna Miller and Gabriella Houston and six great grandchildren.  He is also survived by his brother, Charles (Anna) Henshaw of Kingman, AZ and sister Marlene (Richard) Abbott of Belmont, NY as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2-3 pm Thursday, September 24th with service to follow at 3pm at Hood Funeral Home, 2371 HWY 127 South, Crossville, TN 38572.  The family asks any contributions, in lieu of flowers, be made in Ronald's name to the Disabled American Veterans Organization, 486 Sparta Drive, Crossville, TN 3855.
