Richard J. Scarbrough, (69) of Crossville, Tennessee, passed away on December 31,2024.
Richard was born on July 16, 1955, in Dayton, Ohio.

He was an Entrepreneur and spent many years as a self-employed small engine repair mechanic.

Rick was predeceased by his Father, Maurice Scarbrough. He is survived by his Son, Paul (Kaitlyn) Scarbrough, Daughters, Bridget (Andrew) Stradtner and Jenna (Terry) Walden, Brothers Michael (Laurie) Scarbrough, Timothy (Karen) Scarbrough, David Scarbrough, Kurt (Aleshia) Scarbrough, Gary (Tina) Scarbrough, Sisters, Linda Romain, Teresa Kirby and Cindy (Steve) Pierce, Mother, Helen Heaton, Step-Mother, Francis Scarbrough. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and many Nieces and Nephews.
