Raymond Bradley Austin, age 70, of Crossville, Tennessee, passed away at home on February 7, 2025. He was born at home on May 1, 1954, in Ermine, KY, son of John Austin and Jane Hall.

Ray was a beloved dad, grandpa, brother, uncle and friend, whose love for God touched the lives of everyone who knew him. Ray worked hard as a machinist until the day he retired, when he made the move to Crossville to live with his daughter and son-in-law. He loved God, attending and serving at church, fishing, and working alongside his daughter on their small farm. Ray was most known by his smile and peaceful demeanor while greeting and his shouting of "AMEN" during the pastor's sermons.

He is survived by his daughter Brandy Allred (Shane), granddaughter Lillian Winter (Jaedyn), siblings Phyllis Collins (Donnie), Wayne Austin (Debbie), Anna Price (Jim), Jesse Austin (Teresa), nieces and nephews, former spouse Mary Austin.

A celebration of life is being planned for March, more details to follow later.
