Phyllis C. Humphreys, age 79 went to be with her Saviour Jesus Christ on Sunday January 3, 2021.

She is survived by her loving husband Earl E. Humphreys, daughters; Glenda (Gary) Frazier, Teresa (Jay) Jakoby, Michelle (Johnny) Moore; Grandchildren; Jessica (Corey) Cole, Tiffany (Josh) Johnson, Derrick (Sarah) Jackson, Kendall (Justin) Hodges, Jerrica (Ethan) Warren, Kayla Johnson, Mikey, Allona, Cilicia and Sirah Moore; Great grandchildren; Charlie and Corbin Cole, Jakoby Johnson and Ellie Jackson; sister Inez Burgess, brother Larry (Barbara) Haston.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Athburn and Maude Smith Haston; daughter Judy K. Johnson; granddaughter Allison Jakoby, brother Grady Haston; sisters Beulah Smith Davis, Fonza Blaylock Marsh, Betty Campbell Nichols, Cwilla Watson and former husbands Claude L. Ladd and Creel W. Campbell.

Her Pastor Ricky T. Spence and Josh Spence will officiate the service at Hood Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday January 7, 2021 at 1pm CST. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12:00noon-1:00pm at the funeral home. Internment immediately follows at Hales Chapel Cemetery.
