PHYLLIS BREYER age 83 of Crossville, TN passed away August 21, 2020. She was born December 26, 1936 in West Frankfort, IL the daughter of Joseph and Angela Wiggins England. She worked many years in Education and retired from the medical field as a CNA. She was also a member of Crossville Seventh-Day Adventist Church.

She is survived by her sons- Kenneth Breyer and his wife Karen of Grants Pass, OR and David Breyer and his wife Jackie of Lees Summit, MO, daughter- Cheri Woodcock and her husband Jeff of Cookeville, TN, sister- Mary Vandulek and her husband Paul of Centerville, TN, grandchildren- Holly Beth, Rebecca Jo, Trenton Scott, Cody Allen, Jessie Lee, Kallie Jo, Jordan Thomas, Kyle David, Nicole Maree, Kathryn Sommer, Megan Louisa, Matthew Joseph and Lillian Kiera and nine great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband- Joseph Breyer, daughter- Linda Breyer and brother- Russell England.

Funeral services will be held Saturday August 29, 2020 at 3pm a Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2pm-3pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in New Era Cemetery.
