PAULINE OCIA NEAL COX age 94 of Crossville, TN passed away March 5, 2022. She was born July 15, 1927 in Byrdstown, TN the daughter of Samuel E. and Sarah L.Parsons Neal. Pauline was a charter member of Lawrence Chapel Church of God of Prophecy for 72 years. She taught Sunday school for a great many of those years as she loved to work with children. She was a kind and sweet lady who loved her family. She loved to garden, enjoyed canning and will be remembered as an excellent cook. Visiting with family and friends was another pastime she truly enjoyed as she had an amazing memory and enjoyed sharing lots of those special memories with everyone she loved.

She is survived by her son- Edgar Cox and his wife Joyce of Crossville, TN, daughter- Linda Lowe of Crossville, TN, brother- Porter Neal of Nashville, TN, sisters- Doris Sisco of Crossville, TN and Leah Albertson of Ohio, ten grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, nine great great grandchildren and daughters-in-law- Kay Cox and Debbie Cox both of Crossville, TN.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband- Lawrence "Ed" Cox Sr., sons- Lawrence "Eddie" Cox Jr. and Jackie Cox, son-in-law- Joe Lowe Sr., brother- Troy Neal, sisters- Uldean Skinner and Villa Woody.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 9, 2022 at 1pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11am-1pm at the funeral home. Burial  will be in Green Acres Memory Gardens.
