MATTHEW SCOTT DAVENPORT age 49 of Crossville, TN passed away June 9, 2019. He was born December 25, 1969 in Dayton, OH, the son of Glen and Helen Edwards Davenport. He worked several years as a customer service representative for Macy's Dept. Stores.

He is survived by his father and stepmother- Glen and Carol Davenport of Crossville, TN, sons- Ryan Davenport of Hamilton, OH and Grant Davenport of Lenoir City, TN, former spouse and mother of their children- Melanie Smith of Lenoir City, TN, brother- Marty Davenport and his wife Tina of Crossville, TN, special niece and nephew- Katie Davenport and Karl Davenport and his wife Chelsea and special great niece Emma Davenport.

He was preceded in death by his mother- Helen Davenport.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday June 12, 2019 at 11am at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Tuesday June 11, 2019 from 6pm-8pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Haley's Grove Cemetery.
