MARSHA JEAN BUSBY  age 74 of Crossville, TN passed away April 8, 2021. She was born September 11, 1946 in Sodus Point, NY the daughter of Adelbert L. and Jean L. Brisee Jordan. She had a great fondness for animals and owned her own business for several years, boarding horses, as well as operating a riding stable and petting zoo. She also worked a couple of years with Dr. Kirkeminde as a veterinary assistant.

She enjoyed gardening and canning and was also a wonderful cook.She had a talent for crafting and working with stained glass.

She is survived by her daughters- Sonia Durham and her husband Robert of Cookeville, TN and Stacie Ann Sherrill also of Cookeville, TN, brother- Ken Jordan of Crossville, TN, grandchildren- Stephen Sherrill, Scott Sherrill, Zack Durham and his wife Meghan and Sam Durham and his wife Olivia, nieces- Kelly Jordan and Kristen Moats and great niece- Kayla Moats.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Walter Busby Jr.

Memorial services will be held Sunday April 11, 2021 at 3pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2pm-3pm prior to the service at Hood Funeral Home.
