MARY K. "KATHY" DAVIS age 69 of Crossville, TN passed away December 30, 2018. She was born October 17, 1949 in Knoxville, TN the daughter of Gordon and Lila Tucker Ramey. She was retired after 30 years from the Cumberland County School System having taught at many of our public schools. She spent time at North, South and Crossville Elementary and ended with several years at Stone Elementary. She began her teaching career in Mullins, SC where she taught there for a short before moving to Crossville. She was a member of Homestead Baptist Church, having also played piano there for several years.

She is survived by her husband- Vaughn Davis of Crossville, TN, daughter Kellie Smith and her husband Landon also of Crossville, TN, mother- Lila Ramey and brother Mark Ramey and his wife Mary Beth all of Knoxville, TN.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gordon Ramey.

Funeral services will be held Thursday January 3, 2019 at 1pm at Hood Funeral Home. Burial will be in Music Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday January 2, 2019 from 5pm-8pm at Hood Funeral Home.
