Karen Lynn Chapman lost her life on January 16, 2024. Karen was born on May 31, 1954 to Erwin and Helen Gerlitz. She grew up in Pompton Plains, NJ with her siblings, Dana; Marion; and Kevin, and graduated from Pequannock High School.
Karen married her husband, James, on August 19, 1978. Together they raised their two children, Andrew and Jason, in Delaware Township, NJ. Karen retired to Crossville, and enjoyed gardening, sewing, and crafts. She was a devoted wife and loving mother and was known as "Nanny" to her 3 grandchildren, who love her more than words can express.
