Joseph Vaughn
Warlick
d. Mar 7, 2020
Joseph Vaughn Warlick, aged 12, joined Jesus Christ his Savior on March 7, 2020. Joseph is the beloved son of Anthony and Elizabeth Warlick, the identical twin brother of Johnathan Taylor Warlick, and older brother to "baby sister" Jayne Elizabeth Warlick. He is additionally survived by a wealth of loving grandparents, aunts, and uncles.
Joseph's miracle birth was on May 29, 2007 and from that moment on he was "all in". Soccer, tennis, shooting sports, hunting, farm life, mountain biking, or any activity to which he set his mind. He was all in for Jesus. A disciple of Christ and bold in his faith. He was all in for his family. The best brother Johnathan and Jayne Elizabeth could have ever asked for. A son who made his parents proud in all areas, he was the true heart of his family. He was all in for others. He was attentive to the needs of the ones he loved. With a heart to serve, he selflessly gave of himself to mission work, his teammates, friends, and family.
Marching to the beat of his own drum, Joseph stayed true to his unique personality, never conforming to the ideals of others. Honest, energetic, powerful, and enthusiastic described him best, but his determination and grit defined him. A true lover of the outdoors, you could always find him on his mountain bike dressed in his soccer uniform, a baseball cap, with a knife belted around his waist.
Joseph's charismatic smile gave others a reason to smile. And the bright, brilliant light that he shined on those around him remains.
A celebration of life will be held on March 12 at 2:00pm at Central Baptist Church in Crossville, TN. The Warlick family will receive friends from noon until the time of the service. A private burial will take place on the family farm in Pikeville, TN, following the service.
In lieu of flowers, Johnathan and Jayne Elizabeth request that donations be made to the Joseph Vaughn Warlick Memorial Fund to benefit the All In Futbol Club indoor soccer initiative. Should you wish to make a donation in honor of Joseph, please make checks payable to The Joseph Vaughn Warlick Memorial Fund and sent to Cumberland County Bank, PO Box 749, Crossville, TN 38557.
