JERRY MATTHEW WELLS age 76 of Crossville, TN passed away January 3, 2018. He was born April 28, 1941 in Middletown, OH the son Willard and Hattie Keith Wells.

He is survived by his wife- Gina Wells of Crossville, TN, sons- Terry Wells and his wife Peggy of Springboro, OH, Mark Wells and his wife Magdalena of West Milton, OH, Jeremy Spears of San Antonio, TX, Matthew Scott Wells and his wife Elise of San Antonio, TX, Christopher Jacob Wells of Jerome, ID and Ian Wells of Crossville, TN, daughters- Jennifer Funk and her husband Jim of Middletown, OH, Nicole Johnson and her husband Paul of Louisville, TN and Sarah Carroll and her partner Jesse Masters of Eugene, OR and many special grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister- Sharon Lawson.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Sunday January 7, 2018 at 5pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 4-5pm one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

The family has respectfully asked that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the family.
