JERRY BROWN, age 72 of CROSSVILLE, TN passed away October 25, 2019.  He was born April 1, 1947 in Rockwood, TN the son of Roy Evans Brown and mother, Wilma Pelfrey Brown.  He worked for Bowaters, Inc. as a Forestry Supervisor. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hiking, running, walking the fields, streams, and woods.  He attended the Church of Christ.

He is survived by his Mother and Father, Roy and Wilma Pelfrey Brown of Crossville, TN; Wife, Grace Brown of Crossville, TN; Sons, Jerry Brown and Mark Garrett (Gina); Daughters, Tonya Brown and Tabitha Garrett; Brother, Boyd Brown (Naomi); Sisters, Charlotte Hennessee (Dale); Linda Brown, Judy Smith (Wayne); Grandchildren, Brandon Brown, Kayla Kent, Tyler Kent, Angel Garrett, Payton Garrett, Jerren Garrett, and Aspyn Garrett all of Crossville, TN; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Arthur and Lucy Pelfrey and Wilburn and Ida Brown.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, October 27, 2019, in the chapel of Hood Funeral Home with burial to follow at Green Acres Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM prior to the service at Hood Funeral Home.

The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to St. Judes in Jerry's memory.
