JEFFERY L. BURNETT age 67 of Crossville, TN passed away May 2, 2024. He was born June 22, 1956 in Crossville, TN the son of Kenneth and Alice Turner Burnett. Jeff was retired after many years with United Parcel Service. He was an avid outdoors man who enjoyed fishing, hunting and being on the lake. He also loved digging for arrowheads and was always up for a good game of cards. He love living life to the fullest and in the later years the best part was the time he spent with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his daughter- Leslie Burnett (Bruce Turner) of Crossville, TN, son- Chase Burnett (Katie) of Nashville, TN, former wife and mother of his children- Elisa of Crossville, TN, grandchildren- McKenzie Turner, Kinley Burnett and Wyatt Burnett and sister- Jan Hixson of Crossville, TN.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Friday May 10, 2024, at 3:00p.m. at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2:00p.m. – 3:00p.m. one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
