IKILENE HARGIS age 72 of Crossville, TN passed away May 24, 2022. She was born August 7, 1949, in Monterey, TN the daughter of James I. and Deamos Bowman Hargis. She worked many years at Wooden's Apple House and attended Baker's Crossroads Freewill Baptist Church.

She is survived by her brother- James E. Hargis of Crossville, TN, sisters- Frances Hargis and Faye Barnes both of Crossville, TN and many special nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers- Cecil Hargis, Kenneth "Doc" Hargis and Clyde Hargis and sisters- Blanche Kilgore, Beulah Vaughn, Lorene Hargis and Irene Hargis.

Funeral services will be held Saturday May 28, 2022, at 3pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1pm-3pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Crossville City Cemetery.
