Herbert (Herb) Kornguth passed away early Saturday morning December 2, 2023. Herb leaves behind his wife of 56 years, Mary Kornguth, Son David Kornguth, Daughter Kimberly Springer, Sister Joan Green, 5 Grandchildren, and 5 Great Grandchildren. Herb was preceded in death by his Son James Kornguth. Herb overcame many challenges in his lifetime and accomplished much, making an impact on countless lives. He was a Holocust Survivor, served his country in the US Air Force during the Korean War, obtained multiple advanced degrees excelling as a Ceramic Engineer and Sales and Marketing Specialist. A celebration of his life will be held by family and friends on Tuesday December 5th at 5pm at Hood Funeral Home in Crossville, TN. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4pm-5pm prior to the service. Family requests that you do not send flowers.
