HELEN VIRGINIA McCULLOUGH BLACKWOOD age 87 of Crossville, TN went to Heaven August 16, 2023. She was born December 15, 1935 in Obion, TN the daughter of Alvin "Bill" and Mary Marshall McCullough. She was a member of Central Baptist Church and was involved in Bible Study Fellowship as a participant and small group leader. She was also active in the Gideon's Women's Auxiliary.

She is survived by her daughter- Teresa Rogers and her husband Bill of Crossville, TN, son- Ralph Allen Blackwood Jr. M.D. and his wife Jennifer of Roanke, VA, grandchildren- Mary Martha Blackwood, Hall Adams Blackwood, step grandchildren- Scott Rogers and his wife Sherri and Karen Greer and step great grandsons- Andrew Greer and Peyton Rogers.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband- Ralph A. Blackwood Sr. and sister- Peggy Faye Woody.

Funeral services will be held Saturday August 19, 2023 at 3pm at Central Baptist Church. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2pm-3pm at Central Baptist Church. A private family burial will follow at Green Acres Memory Gardens. The family has respectfully asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to The Gideons International, PO Box 932, Crossville, TN 38557.
