GLORIA JEAN O’NEAL age 86 of Crossville, TN passed away September 24, 2026. She was born March 7, 1940 in Clifftop, West Virginia the daughter of Bud and Thelma Queen Jones. She was retired after many years with Cumberland Medical Center in the pathology dept. She was also a gifted seamstress and was an avid reader. Gloria loved the Lord and was a devoted and faithful member of Memorial Baptist Church. She loved singing in the choir and taught Sunday school for years, even up until just a couple years ago. She was a loving mother and grandmother who led her family in the work of the Lord. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her son- John Eric O’Neal and his wife Cerina , daughters- Shelly Turner and her husband Danny, Susie Hargis (the late Gary Hargis), Diane Page and her husband Bruce and Dawn Masters and her husband Jonathan all of Crossville, TN, grandchildren- Tiffany Adams (Todd), Andrew Hargis (Mishaela), Adam Hargis (Tammy), Melissa Bassler (Greg), Derek O’Neal, Jeremy O’Neal (Stephanie), Logan Trisdale (Brittany), Justin Page (Kerri), Johnathan Page, Amanda Page and Christopher Page (Alysha) and a host of special great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter- Sherry Osborne, grandchildren- Jake Bryant O’Neal and Joshua Todd Page and brothers- Sonny Jones and John Jones.

Funeral services will be held on Friday October 2, 2026 at 1pm at Memorial Baptist Church. The family will receive friends on Friday from 11am-1pm two hours prior to the service at the church. Bro. Adam Hargis will officiate with burial in New Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
