GLENNA JEAN MILLIGAN age 84 of Crossville, TN passed away April 12, 2021. She was born March 20, 1937 in Crossville, TN the daughter of George D. and Ethel Kerley Lowe.

She is survived by her son- Tim Milligan and his wife Kim of Cookeville, TN and grandchildren- Tiffani B. Roundtree and her husband Jordan and Tyler Milligan.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles "Squirrel" Milligan. and brothers- Alton Lowe, Garland Lowe, Oliver Lowe and Clint Lowe.

Graveside services will be held Friday April 16, 2021 at 1pm at Big Lick Cemetery.
