Felicidad, "Fely," Villaruz, age 92, was born in Gumaca City, Quezon Province, Philippines, on February
8, 1932. She passed away surrounded by family on January 16, 2025.

She worked as an actuary for the
government social security system and was a member of the International Social Security Association of
Actuaries. Most important to Felicidad was the love she had for her family and remaining steadfast in her
faith. Her relationship with God guided her throughout life, and she instilled the importance of knowing
Christ to her children. Through her unwavering faith, she has returned "home" to be with the Lord in
heaven and is at peace.

She is survived by her sons – Van Villaruz and his wife, Ginny Villaruz, of Newark, Delaware, and
Vianney Villaruz and his wife, Regina Villaruz, of Crossville, TN; her siblings – Benny Epino, Roger
Epino, and Celi Epino; her grandchildren – Patricia, Anais, Zachary, and Natasha Villaruz; and great
grandchild – Jaspar Villaruz. She was preceded in death by her husband, Castor Villaruz, and siblings
Wodroffe, Fluvio, Delia, Belen, Arnold, and Amado. She will be dearly missed by her friends and family.

Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 25, 2025, at 3:30 PM at Hood Funeral Home.The
family will receive friends on Saturday from 1:00 PM-3:30 PM two and half hours prior to the service at
the funeral home.
