Evelyn M. Clark, 89, of Crossville, TN passed away Tuesday June 12, 2018.  She was born May 04, 1929 in Hickory, N.C.

Evelyn married Gerald A. Clark and were blessed with four children. They moved from Florida in 1968 after buying their home in the Homestead community. The family attended the Homestead Church of Christ.

Mama was a real estate agent, auctioneer and home builder.  She enjoyed cooking, canning and sewing for her family and playing cards with her friends. She enjoyed raising goats on her farm on Brewer road.
Her children,  David, Susan, Karen and Sharon are very blessed to have had such a wonderful Mother. She has a son, Richard Clark in FL and half-sister Rita Fox in N.C.  Grandchildren, Chase (Karen) and Ashley (Sharon) in TN and grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents Lester L. Fox and Vesta A. Bolick and husband Gerald A. Clark, Evelyn was preceded in death of her sister Louise Fox Powell in N.C.

We filled each shimmering
Little star with the wondrous
Light of what you are
So, leave me if you will ....
I shall not breathe a sigh
For I will see your face each
Time my own turns to the sky.
