Emmette Lee Crain went to be with our Heavenly Father on August 10, 2023. He was
born April 16, 1956 and passed away at his home. As a young man Emmett lived in
several states before returning home to Crossville. He enjoyed fishing, watching
wrestling, and spending time with friends and his beloved cat Tiger. He is survived
by his siblings, Donathan Crain (Laura), Patricia Wood (Richard), Anna Stanford
(Bryan), Deborah Wells, JC Crain (Vickie), and many nieces and nephews. He is
preceded in death by his parents Oren and Helen Crain of Crossville and brothers
James Crain and Ronald "Ronnie" Crain. Funeral services will be held  Monday August 14, 2023 at 1pm at Hood Funeral Home. Family will receive friends at Hood Funeral Home on Monday from 11am-1pm with burial to follow at Mayland Cemetery.
