ELMER OLEN COX age 77 of Crossville, TN passed away June 5, 2018. He was born March 31,1941 in Jamestown, TN the son of Dallas A. and Helen Stokes Cox. He worked many years as a truck driver and spent his retirement years farming with his father on his farm.

He is survived by his daughters- Tammy Parks and her husband Scott of Crossville, TN and Amby Faulk and her husband Lee of North Carolina, stepsons- Lewis Austin and his wife Nancy and Kevin Austin and his wife Linda all of Deerlodge, TN, stepdaughter- Trudy Austin also of Deerlodge, TN, special friend- Shirley Harville, brothers- Leonard Cox and his wife Pat and Michael Cox all of Crossville, TN, sisters- Shirley Edwards and her husband Luke, Dixie Barnes and her husband Steve and Lynn Carey and her husband Kenny all of Crossville, TN, several grandchildren and a host of special nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wives- Sandra Cox and Bettye Cox.

Funeral services will be held Friday June 8, 2018 at 11am at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Thursday June 7, 2018 from 6-8pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Green Acres Memory Gardens.
