EILEEN MILLER MURPHY age 82 of Pleasant Hill, TN, formerly of Fairfield Glade, TN passed away April 1, 2026. She was born February 25, 1944 in Ogdensborg, NY the daughter of Thomas and Frances Parkinson Miller She retired from the Education field as a case worker and a teacher. She was a member of Pleasant Hill United Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband Norman Murphy of Pleasant Hill, TN, son- Daniel Moore of Altona, NY, stepson- Brian Murphy of Ripley, TN, daughter- Brenda Moore King and her husband Paul of Plattsburg, NY, stepdaughter- Gail Pierpont and her husband Clark of Pitman, NJ, sisters- Kathy Lohrman, Mary Zortman and Anne Miller, brothers- Don Miller and Bill Miller and grandchildren- Ethan King, Donald Pierpont and his fiancee Morgan Fassano, Rebecca Pierpont Turano and her husband Garrick, Amaris Murphy, Niles Murphy and Lars Murphy.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother- John Miller.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday April 24, 2026 at 2pm at Adshead Hall at The Fletcher House at Uplands Retirement Village in Pleasant Hill, TN.
