Obituary

DORTHA L. THOMA age 85 of Fairfield Glade, TN passed away December 9, 2022. She was born May 27, 1937, in St. Louis, MO the daughter of Cleborn Gustavis Hill and Grace Lena Fletcher Hill who proceeded her in death. She retired from being a bookkeeper for a CPA firm. Dortha from the banking industry and was of the Christian faith.

She is survived by her husband Michael Thoma of Fairfield Glade, TN, sons- Mike Logan and his wife Hollye of Oak Hills, CA and Johnny Vermeer and his wife Kelly of Bakersfield, CA, daughter- Sheri Mayfield and her husband John of Sun City, AZ, brother- Robert Hill of Anderson, CA, grandchildren- Angela Matteson,Tamera Logan, Trisha Logan, Jake Vermeer, and great grandchildren- Taylor, Kaylee, Delaney, and JJ.


A Celebration of Life will be held at Hood Funeral Home on January 11, 2023.
