DONALD RAY GARRETT age71 of Crossville, TN passed away November 1, 2018. He was born May 12, 1947 in Crossville, TN the son of Hershel and Dolly Kerley Garrett. He worked many years as a builder and was also a United States Army veteran having served during Vietnam. He was a charter member of Meridian Baptist Church. He loved the outdoors, especially spending time fishing and hunting. He was a man who was loved by many.

He is survived by his wife- Sarah Jo Garrett of Crossville, TN, sons- Scott Garrett of Smithville, TN and Steve Garrett of Crossville, TN, stepdaughters- Teresa Weidner of Crossville, TN and Mary Ann Sherrill and her husband Darrell of Crossville, TN, stepson- Dan Sherrill and his wife Debbie of Crossville, TN, sister- Frances Latham of Crossville, TN and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Glenn Garrett.

Funeral services will be Saturday November 3, 2018 at 2pm at Meridian Baptist Church. The family will receive friends on Saturday November 3, 2018 from 11am-2pm at the church. Burial will be in Hayes-Kerley Cemetery.
