DENNIS " COONIE" REED age 83 of Grandview, TN passed away May 9, 2020. He was born June 9, 1936 in Grandview, TN the son of Jessie and Lona Mathis Reed. He worked many years as a truck driver and was also a member of Reed's Chapel Church of God.

He is survived by his wife- Rebecca Reed of Grandview, TN, daughters- Linda Roberts and her husband Greg of Niota, TN and Sharon Reed Suttles and her husband Junior of Dayton, TN, stepson- Cheater Lee Smith II of Chattanooga, TN, brothers- Earl Reed and his wife Joyce of Grandview, TN and J.E. Reed and his wife Wanda of Grandview, TN, sisters- Polly Henderson of Dayton, TN and Wanda S. Reed and her husband Avery of Grandview, TN, granddaughter – Alexandria Katlyn Smith and her fiancé Joey Ramirez, great grandchildren- Logan A. Ramirez and Laila B. Ramirez and nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister- Cleo Berry and brothers- Arlie Reed, Chester Reed and Ervin Reed.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday May 13, 2020 at 3pm EST at Spring City Memorial Gardens.
