DAVID B. LAWSON age 58 of Crossville, TN passed away June 9, 2022 after a short battle with cancer. He was born November 3, 1963 in Crossville, TN the son of Willis Lawson and Mary Lou Hayes. David worked many years a car salesman where he made lots of friends along the way. He worked with Dave Kirk and later at East TN Dodge. He was a huge UT sports fan and loved to fish. He was an avid outdoors man who loved hunting ginseng and mushrooms and enjoying nature. He logged many miles on his Harley which was a favorite pastime.

He is survived by his significant other- Sabrina Sanders of Crossville, TN, son- Samuel Lawson and his wife Whitney and their daughter Lela of Knoxville, TN, daughter- Koreena Lawson and her companion Joe Kairos of Richmond, VA, father- Willis Lawson and his companion Jan White of Crossville, TN, mother- Lou Kindred and her husband Wayne of Westel, TN and sister- Mindy Hoefler and her husband Richard of Crossville, TN. He also leaves his beloved Great Dane, Titus.

Funeral services will be held Monday June 13, 2022 at 2pm at Pine Grove Church of God of Prophecy. The family will receive friends on Monday from 12pm-2pm prior to the service at Pine Grove Church of God of Prophecy. The family has respectfully asked in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to Hood Funeral Home for help with David's final expenses.
