CONNIE SUE NORRIS age 73 of Crossville, TN passed away September 5, 2026. She was born July 2, 1953 in Crossville, TN the daughter of William Elzie and Archie Dean Breeding Bilbrey. She was retired after many years with Quality Home Health Care as a medical billing clerk. She was also a member of the Baptist faith. Connie was a kind and generous lady who always made people laugh and smile. She was quick witted and always had a funny story to tell.

She is survived by her sons- Jason Tanner and his wife Pamela and Darcy Tanner and his wife Jamie all of Crossville, TN and grandchildren- Aleks Tanner, Erika Tanner and Cyrus Tanner.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Bennie Norris.

Funeral services will be held Thursday September 10, 2026 at 1pm at Hood Funeral home. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11am-1pm two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Crossville City Cemetery.
