Col. Richard Daniel Hamilton, M.D. age 89 of Crossville, TN passed away June 11, 2018. He was born June 14, 1928 in Itasca, TX the son of Richard M. and Maude Fowler Hamilton. He was retired from the United States Army as a Colonel and served working as a neurosurgeon.

Funeral services will be held Saturday June 16, 2018 at 3pm at Crab Orchard Christian Church. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6-8pm at Hood Funeral Home. Burial will be in Crossville City Cemetery. He is survived by his wife Nelle Hamilton.
