CLYDE MITCHELL TAYLOR age 85 of Crossville, TN passed away September 17, 2020. He was born September 1, 1935 in Crossville, TN the son of Spencer and Siddie Woody Taylor. He was retired after many years from Delbar and was a member of Pine Eden Baptist Church. In the later years, he and his wife Mildred attended Mayland Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife- Mildred Taylor, sons- Brian Taylor and his wife Sandy and Jeff Taylor all of Crossville, TN, daughters- Anita Reagan and her husband Mike and Rhonda Devore all of Crossville, TN, brother- Prentice Taylor and his wife Louise of Crossville, TN, grandchildren- Dr. Steven Reagan and his wife Brittany, Dr. Derek Polly and his wife Elizabeth, Jordan Reagan and his wife Casey, Spencer Taylor and his wife Cynthia, Kyle Devore and Katrina Devore and great grandchildren- James Polly, John Polly, Peyton Reagan, Knox Reagan and Isla Taylor.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers- Raymond Taylor, Ken Taylor, Homer Taylor and Roscoe Taylor, sisters- Dorothy Tilley, Clarice Cupp and Reba Campbell and granddaughter- Amber Taylor.

Funeral services will be held Sunday September 20, 2020 at 4pm at Hood Funeral home. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2pm-4pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Woody Cemetery.
