CLINT ALAN CARTER age 59 of Crossville, TN passed away March 19, 2021. He was born February 23, 1962 in Nashville, TN the son of Samuel F. and Doris J. Anderson Carter. He worked many years as a manager at Western Sizzlin and Ponderosa and later as a manager at United Grocery Outlet. He was a kind and loving Christian man and a member of Bethel Baptist Church. He loved gardening, fishing and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife- Kimberly Carter of Crossville, TN, son- Joshua Alan Carter and his fiancée Samantha Radtke of Knoxville, TN, daughters- Rebecca Jean Carter and Joey Keathley of Crossville, TN and Christen Alana Carter and her fiancé Paul Clark also of Crossville, TN, brothers- Clayton Carter and his wife Julie of The Dalles, Oregon, Curtis Carter and his wife Cheryl of Harrison, TN and Timothy Carter and his wife Cheryl of Crossville, TN, sister- Connie Green and her husband Darrell of Crossville, TN and many special nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother and stepfather- James Willard Smith.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 24, 2021 at 1pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 from 6pm-8pm at Hood Funeral Home. Burial will be in Old Philadelphia Cemetery in Walling, TN.
