CHARLIE E. "POP" BOWLING age 89 of Crossville, TN passed away July 9, 2022. He was born June 30, 1933, in London, KY the son of Sherman and Stella Allen Bowling. He was retired after more than 50 years with Flowers Baking Company and was also of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his daughter- Charlene Padgett of Madison Heights, VA, nieces- Carolyn Ward, Vivian Henson and her husband Tony and Sandra Goodin and her husband Mitch all of London, KY, many special great nieces and nephews, brother-in-law- Roscoe Reams of London, KY, special friends- Roger and Debbie Holloway, Sheila Carnes, Randall Farley, Judy Hall and all the Flowers Bakery family. He also leaves his beloved fur baby, Miss Honey.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his special friend- Frances Hughes, sister- Pearl Reams, son-in-law- Larry Padgett, nephews- Randall Reams and Clarence Ward and niece- Brenda Ridings.

Visitation will be held Friday July 15, 2022, from 5pm-7pm CST at Hood Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held Saturday July 16, 2022, at 4pm EST at Wiggington Cemetery in London, KY.
