CAROLYN KAY BELL age 64 of Crossville, TN passed away November 15, 2020. She was born March 28, 1956 in Sparta, TN the daughter of Monroe Sr. and Irene Hawkins Fish. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her son- Gary Turner and his wife Tammy of Crossville, TN, stepsons- Scottie Bell and Chris Bell both of Sparta, TN, brothers- David Fish and Paul Fish both of Crossville, TN, sisters- Barbara Spivey and her husband Ronnie, Judy Harrington and her husband Thom and Sheila Barnes and her husband Freddie all of Crossville, TN, grandchildren- Austin Bell, Haley Bell, BJ Carr and Colby Carr and great grandchildren- Maci Carr and Mack Carr.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband- Scottie Bell, daughter- Tabitha Turner, brothers- Monroe Fish Jr. and Buddy Fish and sisters- Doris Lewis, Margaret Moore and Elise Brown.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday November 18, 2020 at 1pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11am-1pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Smith's Chapel Cemetery .
