CARL TUCKER age 86 of Sparta, TN formerly of Crossville, TN passed away September 21, 2018. He was born March 1, 1932 in Crossville, TN the son of James M. and Queenie V. Warner Tucker. Carl was a United States Army veteran, having served in Korea. He was a professional painting contractor, and stayed active with his lifelong passion for music until his death. He is survived by his sons- Scott Tucker and his wife Deborah of Dayton, TN, Mitchell Tucker and his wife Kari of Westerville, OH and Marty Tucker and his wife Carolyn of Crossville, TN, daughter- Lynn Romano and her husband Gary of Columbus, OH and several grandchildren and great grandchildren and close friend of nineteen years, Sue Bray of Sparta, TN.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers- James, Ula, Robert, Herman, Benjamin, Everett and Clyde Tucker.

Funeral services will be held Saturday September 29, 2018 at 11am at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Friday September 28, 2018 from 6-8pm at Hood Funeral Home. Burial will be in Thomas Springs Cemetery.
