CARL D. STREET age 80 of Crossville, TN passed away April 25, 2024. He was born August 9, 1943, in Crossville, TN, the son of Virgil and Flossie Turner Street. He was an electrician with TVA for more than eighteen years and later retired after more than twenty years working with IBEW Local 175. He and his wife Cookie were members of Cornerstone Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Cookie Street of Crossville, TN, son- Greg Street of Crossville, TN, grandchildren- Zach Street (Jillian Moore) and Ryleigh Street, former daughters-in-law- Melissa Myers and Amanda Street, brothers-in-law- Joel Richards and his wife Jackie and Dennis Richards and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother- Noble Street.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday April 30, 2024, at 2pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Monday April 29, 2024, from 5pm-8pm at Hood Funeral Home.

Burial will follow at Green Acres Memory Garden.
